Vertex’s VX-880 and VX-264 groundbreaking therapies are showing big promise in clinical trials. Their latest update includes:
VX-880: 11 out of 12 participants have significantly reduced or completely eliminated their need for daily insulin therapy.
VX-264: The first participants began the trial in late summer of 2024 — waiting for the first results to be shared in 2025.
